Allendale 326/16 also sired the Adelaide and Melbourne Royals interbreed champion ewe in 2019.

Derrynock 183 aka BOM (Ball of Muscle).
Derrynock 183 shot to fame at this years Melbourne Royal Show with three sons winning the Interbreed Sires Progeny. Derrynock 183 is a no nonsense meat sheep. Great structure and an awesome carcase, he is doing his job.
When you keep a son of a legendary ram like Derrynock 131 you want to keep a good one. 147 was the outstanding lamb of his drop. On his dams side he had Leenala 118/08 and Hillcroft Farms 350/01.
Keep an eye out for 147's progeny in 2017 - They're bred in the purple!!
Allendale 2016 is a clean, long, smart son of Allendale 82/12 who won the Lambplan class at Sheepvention in 2013. 216/14 is an excellent replacement for his sire who consistently sired the heaviest weaning lambs. Other interesting sheep in 216's pedigree are Leenala 511/10, Ohio 98/09 NZ and Banyenong West 53/07.
This ram rates with the best we have used at Allendale. Rams such as Elourea 'Matchmaker', Allendale Vision, Dongadilling 12/94 and Hillcroft Farms 350/01 have been instrumental in shaping our Poll Dorset Flock. Derrynock 131 is in this group due to his consistency, muscle and outstanding early maturity. In 2015 Derrynock sired 75% of our stud rams and a mighty group of flock rams.
Allendale Legend 224/13
'Legend', named after the many legendary sheep breeders in his pedigree. Graham Oxley, Dawson Bradford, Jim Martin, Doug Russell, Keith McLauchlan, Alan Schinckel and our own Harry Day. The name says it all!! Legend was Interbreed Champion of Adelaide Royal 2014. Legend's first son sold for $11,000, his daughters are going to be Legendary!!
